OVERVIEW

START OF PROJECT

  • The wide overhand creates shadow and also looks very nice.
  • The felt roof slopes slightly back to the rear of the property, however the ceiling inside will be completely level.
  • There is a 1m clearance around the garden room, leaving space for storage and planting.
  • The garden room has a wide overhang, this will create shade inside and also on the decking area around the edge.
  • Cederall cladding on the outside ensuring it has as much protection from the elements as possible.
