OVERVIEW

  • take down existing garden (it was verging unsafe)
  • create new footings (4 time larger than the original concrete)
  • build a double skin garage (to be divided into two zones: garage, and garden room)
  • create a wet room (this property is close to the beach)
  • with a utility and laundry area (sink, dryer, wetsuit storage), and wet room
  • add in double aspect bifold doors for the fabulous field views
  • build large decking area to the rear
  • install a hottub

COMPLETED PROJECT

  • The discrete garden room looks like a garage from the road side
  • With porthole windows along the side keep the inside rooms private
  • Double bi-fold doors open out onto a composite decking and hot tub
  • With uninterrupted views over the field, this garden room is one of our favourites

  • Inside, a small hallway leads to a bathroom and utility room
  • The utility room has high windows for privacy
  • The green colour scheme in the hallway frames the view of the field beautifully

  • We love the contrast of tiles chosen for this room
  • Black accents are right on trend at the moment and look great in this shower room
