Overview
In 2019 we started our initial work on this seaside property in Bracklesham Bay. The existing red brick house had a fairly small footprint with a layout that did not suit the modern family that owns the property. To the rear of the property was an existing small extension with a UPVC conservatory and a sizeable but overgrown garden.
Brief
Inside we plan to:
- change the layout to suit modern family life
- use bifolds to open up the space to the garden
- fit underfloor heating to the whole downstairs space
- bring in light to the space via roof lights
- new bathrooms and kitchen with modern appliances and fittings/fittings
- new wiring through with Cat5 wiring for speakers/wifi throughout
- create a boot room
Outside space:
- zone the garden for both adults and child friendly spaces
- build a firepit and seating area on a sun trap patio
- hot tub
- teak wood decking area (after filling in existing pond)
- build a skateramp
